Whereas, This Filthy World has not yet been performed in the city of Buffalo, NY, which would surely draw a large crowd of John Waters fans.

Therefore be it resolved, that the John Waters fans indicated hereby request that John Waters come to Buffalo to perform This Filthy World as soon as his schedule permits.
