We the undersigned, petition Mr Michael Ma, owner and proprietor of The Indochine Bar and Restaurants Group here in Singapore to immediately and safely remove and turn over to competent authorities (such as the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) or Underwater World Singapore or equivalent) all of the Juvenile Black Tip Reef Sharks (Carcharhinus Melanopterus) housed and on display in the marine aquarium(s) at the Indochine Wisma Atria establishment on Orchard Road.

Furthermore, we call upon Mr Michael Ma to publicly commit to create instead in place of Indochines Wisma Atrias marine aquarium a self-sustaining natural aquatic environment in consultation with respected experts of marine biology.
