We, the undersigned, do hereby agree that my left shoe should be King of The World. We think that my left shoe, which I have nicknamed "Blinkie" would be a fine ruler (since he is not quite as inept as our current world leaders). Please, citizens of earth, sign this position to make Blinkie a king. He promises free Spam for everybody, a shrunken head in every pot, and a three-dollar prostitute in every hotel room!
