Blue laws are no longer necessary. Created during the years of Prohibition, alcohol was banned from being sold on Sundays. Today only 14 states still have the record on the books and it has been found unconstitutional in many states. The time is now to get rid of this ridiculous law prohibting the sale of alcohol on Sundays. Grocery Stores are allowed to stay open and sell but are not allowed to sell alcohol and it only hurts the econonmy and local businesses. So please join this petition by signing your name.
