The purpose of this petition is to show BMW of North America, LLC. and BMW AG, how much interest there would be to purchase the BMW M3 CSL if it were brought over to the USA. As you may know, BMW showed this prototype at the last Frankfort Auto Show and, apparently, the decision to build it depends on public interest and cost of production.

BMW has been very succesfull selling the M3 in the American market, but had to sacrifice a lot of performance for comfort and practicality. The new prototype is intended for people whose priority is performance and are willing to pay the extra price to achieve it, without having to recur to aftermarket parts.
