Uwe Boll: Please stop making video game movies

To Uwe Boll:





This petition is created in opposed to those who want you to stop making movies. Instead, you should make a different approach. Try using other ideas, for instance: Buy stories from people, create your own stories, or make good examples of other movies already out and make your own approach (without actual copying). Video game stories are based solely on the video game industry, and usually work specifically for the games and not so well in the theater. Obviously ratings have shown this as true.





I do not want you to leave the industry, but to make a new approach. It isn't that I like or dislike your movies, but Hollywood needs a change to these cookie cutter stories being produced recently (Remakes, prequels, sequels, etc) and I believe you and other directors/producers can make that change.
