This petition is to encourage the Pulaski County Quorum Court to recommend that the new Pedestrian-Bicycle Bridge over Murray Lock and Dam be named the JUDGE BUDDY VILLINES PEDESTRIAN-BICYCLE BRIDGE. Judge Villines has worked tirelessly to achieve this very important project that will complete the 15 mile pedestrian trail throughout Central Arkansas on both sides of the Arkansas River, and serve all of Pulaski County.
