Removal of Judge Barbara Walther








Judge Barbara Walther, District Judge for 51 first District Court in Coke County, Texas. Abused her power by endangering the welfare for over 450 children from the ages of one day old to 18 years of age.





Judge Walther, with no respect to her duties as a sitting Judge, caused irreversible mental abuse on over 400 children and 200 adults by her lack of knowledge of the laws of Texas and the Constitution of the United States of America.





Judge Walther, being highly reprimanded by the Texas Appeals Court and the Texas Supreme Court. Stating that Judge Walter abused her powers.





Judge Walther of the 51st District Court of Coke County, Texas should be removed from her position as a Judge. Judge Walther has abused more then over 700 woman and children in the state of Texas.





In the history of this country, has any single person abused so many children and women.





Judge Walther, without concern and still today not apologizing to the children or families of whom she abused in her illegal rulings and removal of children should be tossed out of office immediately.





For the protection of all Texas citizens, the Texas Supreme Court should impeach Judge Walther, immediately.


Judge Walter should be disbarred and required to register as a Sex Offender.





We the people, for freedom of false persecution and the right to live under the laws of the great State of Texas and the United States of America, ask the Texas Supreme Court to remove Judge Barbara Walther of the 51st District Court of Coke County, Texas. For abuse of her duties and powers of a Judge, abuse of children, abuse of women and disobedience of the Constitution of Texas and the United States of America.
