We the undersigned feel the need to make our feelings known in response to recent media speculation concerning the dismissal of Sven Goran-Eriksson from his position as manager of Manchester City Football Club. We believe it would be a huge error and cause of great instability to sack Sven when he has more than acheived the publicly stated target for the club this season. In recent years Manchester City has suffered greatly due to the instability caused by a succession of managerial changes, the last thing the club needs at this point is another change of manager. We strongly urge you to keep Mr Eriksson in his post to allow him to continue the work he has done so far. If he is sacked from his position we will no longer attend matches or contribute financially to the club in anyway.
