Fight against the cancellation of the Candi access Awards Ceremony

To:  City and Islington College Management

We the undersigned petition the cancellation of the Access Awards Ceremony at City and Islington College due to the redistribution of funding.
The event has, up to now taken place at the Union Chapel in Islington. The centre management are permitting it for this year to be instigated on a smaller scale at individual college sites due to budget constraints.
We feel that this does not reflect the significance of all the students, hard work, time, effort and high achievement!!!
To stress the importance of this event, families and friends from across the world were hoping to attend and share in this wonderful occasion!
We urge you to sign this petition if you, like the majority we have spoken to feel penalised regarding this atrocity!
