Canon digital camera drivers for Windows 2003

To:  Canon Inc.

Canon has no intention to release a driver for Windows Server 2003, so a lot of people who has a Canon digital camera needs to downgrade to Windows Xp. It's really a matter of few lines of code to port Xp driver to Win2003.
