We hereby, the undersigned, in a quest for reliable and low latency service, demand Comcast Cable Communications, Inc. to hold to their promises of A constant connection and being able to sail from web page to web page at lightning speed including Web sites and servers in Florida State Universitys network.


Comcasts technical support department has been more aggravating than helpful, always asking whether all of the cable modems lights are on when given technical information that the technician obviously does not even understand and never giving a straightforward and truthful answer. It has been expressed to Comcast Cable Communications, Inc. through telephone conversations and through written email that all the packet loss and latency issues stem from routing through other cities, and in fact, other States.


We demand that packets and data originating in and destined for servers in Tallahassee, FL be routed only through Tallahassee, FL. We demand to receive the service we were promised. We demand to receive the service for which we pay. We demand that our voices be heard.


We sincerely hope that Comcast Cable Communications will rectify these issues in a timely manner, but if these more than reasonable demands are not met, we all pledge to cancel our Comcast Internet subscriptions immediately.
