We, the undersigned CIVILIAN constituents and/or taxpayers of Canada, including the friends and family of the armed forces, respectfully request that ALL ACTIVE DUTY PERSONNEL supporting both war and peace keeping efforts OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL CANADIAN BORDERS be awarded INCOME TAX EXEMPTION FOR LIFE. This also INCLUDES Embassies, political protection operations off Canadian shores in ACTIVE ZONES. We recognize that the Government of Canada supports our troops as an agent of the constituents / taxpayers of Canada. We feel Canada should further support our troops and further thank them for their ultimate sacrifice by lifting ALL INCOME TAXES of Active Duty Personnel for life, including non military PERSONAL income earned by them from other employment as well as investment and SOLE PROPRIETORSHIPS. This measure will affect all CURRENT AND FUTURE active personnel.

In the future, when decisions are made to send our personnel (friends and family) in harms way, there is a tax revenue loss to consider that will ensure careful, efficient planning with potential taxation revenue as a further consideration as that taxpayer designation is essentially killed at the moment of deployment. In the event of a soldiers untimely death, their spouse (CURRENT common law, marital or equivalent to spouse as declared on tax forms) assumes the awarded income tax exemption for their lifetime, now considered two taxpayer deaths. This exemption is to be transferable, once only, by the soldier or the soldiers estate to anyone they appoint in their legal will if they have no spouse or children. This request DOES NOT include domestic duty, reserves or contracts WITHIN CONTINENTAL CANADA.

We understand that a value cannot be put on a human life and that the amount of INCOME TAX no longer collected from these sources WILL NOT BE MISSED by a Government that agrees with our understanding of priceless Canadian lives. We also understand that Veterans Affairs and the Canadian Revenue Agency already have the means to make this request possible, with expediency. We respectfully ask, Do you, representatives ELECTED BY THE UNDERSIGNED, have the INDIVIDUAL fortitude to fulfill our request without fear of repercussions from your party?

We, the undersigned CIVILIAN constituents and/or taxpayers of Canada also respectfully request that this petition be read in the House of Commons during allotted CPAC (Canadian Public Affairs Channel) airtime by the Government of Canadas chosen delegate.

On the successful implementation of this request, permanently, into the Canadian FEDERAL TAX CODES and WARTIME LAWS, we also request that Canada endorse these measures to allies and trade partners in diplomatic discussions as well as strategic summits as they arise.
