Have the FCC enforce the Regulations on Citizen Band Radio(CB)

To:  U.S. Congress/F.C.C.

This petition is to have the Federal Communications Commission enforce how the Citizen Band Radio users talk on the radio and also enforce a licensing procedure on a Citizen Band user acts also.
The FCC has Amateur Radio operators take a test to certify that they know how to use a radio but also know the FCC regulations for proper radio procedure such as No obscene language, No talking Politics or Religion on it, Also to clear the radio channel in case of emergency and help that person.
We need to bring control to the radio. Citizen Band Radio is an 11 meter band and is a High Frequency Band that needs to be regulated. Support this Petition to bring the CB back under control please.
Let the FCC know we want the Trashy Mouth Talkers being regulated on the 11 meter band.
