George W. Bush's record on the buildup to the Iraq War has already been questioned many times. Now, a memo has surfaced in the United Kingdom that implicates Bush in "fixing" the "intelligence and facts" of national intelligence agencies around the "policy" for the Iraq War.

A text of the memo can be found at (http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,2087-1593607,00.html).

This memo has huge implications for this country and the war it has gotten into. President Bush knowingly used intelligence and facts that had been tampered with. He knowingly lied to and misled the public into a war that was unfounded, unjustified, and unconscionable.

As of Monday, May 9th at 12:05 AM CST, the Bush administration's official position has been to not comment, and the British government has not disavowed the memo.

Under the Constitution, the President is subject to impeachment hearings if they are guilty of "high crimes and misdemeanors." Defrauding the country is a felony under Section 371 of the federal anti-conspiracy statute (http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/scripts/ts_search.pl?title=18&sec=371).

Predictably, this story has received little, if any, attention from the major media outlets. We need to take positive action, get the word out, sign petitions, organize, and remove this liar from the White House!
