On 7/09/09 in a closed session the CDS BOD passed a motion to require CDS Membership in order to apply for the CDS Safety Awards. (Abe Davis, Henry Nicholson and Sheck Exley Awards)

I feel that this motion is a step backwards and portrays our organization as a Good Ol Boys Club
