CEA/CUSD Negotiations Resolution

To:  Cupertino Union School District (CUSD)

Dear Cupertino Union School District,

We, the signers of this petition, are employees of the Cupertino Union School District (CUSD). Some are members of the Cupertino Education Association (CEA), and some are members of other associations, and some are other employees in various capacities.

We are respectfully asking you to come to an agreement in ongoing negotiations for a reasonable contract for the 2007-2008 school year.

Also, by signing this petition, we are indicating that we fully support the CEA Negotiating Team, and grant them the right to speak on our behalf with regards to past, present, and future negotiations.
