Stop Residential Cell Phone TOWERS in Montclair

To:  Montclair Zoning Board of Adjustments & Montclair Town Council

STOP THE 80-FOOT CELL TOWER! We, the undersigned residents of Montclair, strongly object to the installation of cell towers in our residential neighborhoods! We understand that there is a request for variances to allow for the installation of an 80-foot-tall by 3-foot-wide cell tower at 153 Park Street, the First Lutheran Church.

If this cell tower is allowed in this residential area, a precedent will be set for future wireless carriers to build towers in other Montclair neighborhoods! We ask that the Township do everything in its power to prevent this tower (and future cell towers) from being built in a residential area!
