William Penn Monument

To:  Chester Pa. Redevelopers

We the undersigned want the "William Penn Monument" to remain on the original 1682 landing site in Chester, Pa. William Penn stepped of the boat in this exact spot where the monument stands, and Pennsylvania was named after him, it can never be moved, this is part of Chester's History.
