Save the Charlwood Bottle Bank

To:  Charlwood Parish Council

Charlwood Parish Council (CPC) announced in February 2006 that they had asked Mole Valley District Council (MVDC) to remove the Bottle Bank from the Charlwood Recreation Ground.
As the Recreation Ground is owned by the Parish Council, MVDC have no choice but to remove the Bottle Bank when asked. MVDC have advised that they would prefer not to remove the Bottle Bank.
Therefore, we hereby demand that Charlwood Parish Council:
1. Stop the removal of the current Bottle Bank on the Charlwood Rec; and
2. Agree to consult the residents of the village before any further action is taken regarding the bottle bank
