Memorial patch for Cherepanov

On October 13, 2008, New York Rangers top prospect Alexei Cherepanov tragically died of a heart attack during a game. This petition is for there to be a patch on the helmets of the NHL teams with his initials, similar to what the NHL is doing with Luc Bourdon.
