We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge MS Governor Haley Barbour, MS Attorney General, Jim Hood, and the MS FBI to act and investigate the Desoto County Court system including certain Judges (see names written in on the Petition) in Chancery, Civil and Criminal Courts in DeSoto County regarding violation of the Code of Judicial Conduct of MS Judges. We, the undersigned, request a formal investigation of certain Attorneys (see names written in on the Petition) in DeSoto County, MS regarding violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct of The Mississippi Bar.
