We, the undersigned, ask that record labels and music companies release Country music albums in their original unedited Country format in UK music stores. We are fed up of music companies removing the Country Music instrumentation from the albums and replacing it with a Pop Music backing track.
We would also like to bring to an end the practice of removing Country Music related music tracks from Pop albums, such has been the case with the recent Bon Jovi album "Have A Nice Day" - the original American release included a duet version of the song "Who Says You Can't Go Home" with Jennifer Nettles of the Country group Sugarland, while the UK release has wiped this track from the album leaving a Country-free album.
End the censorship of Country Music in the UK today.
