Creation of a union within the Commonwealth

To:  The governments of the Commonwealth of Nations

This is a proposal to create a union between developed members of the Commonwealth of nations. This union would allow free trade between member states and the freedom of movement of citizens. It would benefit the countries included and the union could gradually be expanded to include other nations which are not eligible at first bue to economic, social or political instability. This union would create a flow of trade between the member states and would increase the GDP of the member states due to internal trade. The nations could specialise in certain areas of trade (eg New Zealand agriculture, Singapore technology) and the Free trade area between these member states could be expanded to include potential furture members who are not included in the union but are likely to join.
