Carlos Mencia should not be allowed a 4th season of Mind Of Mencia, or a stand up special. His material is not funny, and is offensive. He steals material from other comedians, and ignores all accusations about it. Let's petition for Comedy Central to pull this terrible "comedian" off the air.
