For over 20 years rockney musicians Charles Hodges and David Peacock a.k.a Chas n Dave have been entertaining the masses with hit songs such as Gertcha, Rabbit and Snooker Loopy and we believe that it is time to get them as the opening act (pushing for headliners may be too optimistic) on the main stage at the 2009 Chelmsford V Festival.
