Allow Charles Nealy (on Death Row in Texas) to meet a Legislative Member

I agree that Charles Anthony Nealy, whom is currently on Death Row in Texas, deserves an opportunity to meet with a Legislative Member who represents the community and who has the authority to initiate such a visit. I also support Charles Nealy generally in his willingness to make proactive efforts to open up discourse on the subject area outlined above. I call upon those with the elected authority in the US to listen to the experiences and concerns of its citizens and I believe that through agreeing to Charles Nealy’s request to be visited, the US would be demonstrating its willingness to consider real reform in relation to human rights for its people. Time is of the essence for those living on Death Row.
