It is time for a totally new Congress of the United States. For too long careerist politicians who do not value the interests of the people who elect them have sat and done nothing more than keep their jobs, and spend their constituents' money on projects that they have some form of interest in.

This is a bipartisan effort!

We don't want career politicians in office anymore!

We don't want people who refuse to consistently vote according to their constituents' values in office!

We don't want people who are totally out of touch to make the laws that govern OUR country!

We don't want people to make lifetime careers of public service!

We want Congressional term limits!

We want a Congress that does things that benefit the citizens of the United States, rather than things that benefit them, their buisinesses, and their corporate lobbyist backers!

We want to control OUR country. We the people of the United States own this Union. We own this Federal Government. We are the landlords of the House and Senate chambers. We say shape up or be forced out!

For too long the citizens of this country have sat idly by and allowed these people to run the country, spend our money, tax us to death, and subsequently waste the money that we pay in. It's time for this to stop. No longer will you legislate our lives, control our actions, our freedoms. While we have been lacking for many years, it is time for a big change in congress.

If the Congressional session that will be starting in the near future doesn't shape up, and stop porkbarreling legislation, and start voting and writing bills according to their constituents' values, we the people of the United States will make you leave.

In such an event, the undersigned propose a Constitutional Convention comprised of representatives chosen from each state, in which a vote of the states of the union will result in the termination of employment to all members of Congress, and an emergency election will be held in each state for their representatives to be rechosen. Past members of Congress shall be exempt from this election and all future Congressional races.

We are your bosses, we are your landlords. Do as we say in our chambers, or be thrown out.
