We the undersigned hereby petition the Michigan Natural Resources Commission to recommend the following changes be implemented concerning Predator hunting in the state of Michigan.

1) Eliminate the requirement for hunter orange for coyote, fox and bobcat hunting during daylight hours; as permitted for archery, turkey and crow hunters.

2) Permit the use of hand-held spotlights at night for the hunting of fox and coyote.

3) Permit the use of centerfire rifles at night for the hunting of fox and coyote.

The above changes will bring the laws of Michigan governing Predator Hunting up to the same standards allowed other sportsmen in the state.
