To:  OHR in BIH , BIH Gouverment, Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights United Nations Office at Geneva, Human Rights Watch Geneva, Reporters Without Borders, U.S. President, heads of the world’s democratic states, General Secretary of the United Nations, U.S. Congress, and the European Parliament.

EN: We, subscribed below, demand from the BH Gouverement, from OHR , from EU-Concil, from UN department for human rights to suport our freedoms. We are one of three constitutive people in BIH and we have all rights for one TV channell! We demand urgent termination of violation of human rights of the Croats in BiH!

CRO: Mi potpisani dolje tražimo od odgovornih uspostavljanje tv kanala na hrvatskom jeziku. U državi BIH on je propisan Ustavom i zagarantiran je svim pozitivnim svjetskim poveljama o pravima čovjeka. Mi dolje potpisani smatramo da se Hrvatima u BIH onemogućavanjem istog krše ljudska i građanska prava garantirana Ustavom BIH kao i međunarodnim poveljama. Stoga tražimo permanentno zaustavljanje kršenja naših prava.
