We the undersigned sovereign, free and individual citizens of our respective states, provinces, nations, and territories, do hereby endorse the New Confederate Constitution, and encourage the people and the governments of our respective states provinces, nations, and territories, to ratify the New Confederate Constitution for the express purpose of reforming the free and sovereign republic of the Confederate States of America.
