We the undersigned believe that the $700 million allocated by the Federal Government to move the CSX rail line on the MS Gulf Coast could be put to better use repairing our public schools, public libraries and other government buildings, repairing the public utilities damaged by Katrina and helping our citizens rebuild their homes.
