Abolish the Electoral College

To:  U.S. Congress

The Electoral College is outdated and anti-democratic. America deserves truly representative presidential elections, in which all votes have equivalent values. I support an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that replaces the Electoral College with direct elections and instant run-off voting.
