Change the National Hate Crime Enhancement Law

To:  U.S. Congress, Senate, and the President of the United States

I am asking you to eliminate the national hate crime enhancement law and replace it with a non-enhancing hate crime law. Please stop putting all of the power of hate crimes in the hands of the judge, and put it back into the hands of the jury.

This law violates the provisions of R.A.V. vs. City of St. Paul and is thus unconstitutional.
