As an amendment to the Declaration of Cosmic Cooperation, the Declaration of Cosmic Awareness and the Will for Extraterrestrial Alien Contact is the clear expression and articulation that we humans are aware of our position in the Universe and are ready for contact with Off Planet Intelligence.

We hereby declare that, we humans are aware of our position in the Galaxy and have reached a stage of social and cultural integrity, where we understand our earth-bound roles and limitations. We are aware of the particularity of our existence in relation to the vastness and infiniteness of the Universe and wish to expand our human presence beyond Earth.

We humans are aware of the high probability that there exists extraterrestrial life and intelligence somewhere in Universe, and we hereby wish to declare our readiness and will to make contact with Off Planet Intelligence (commonly referred to as alien | ufo | extraterrestrial), on our part.

We hereby call upon all intelligences, races, civilizations, governments and every body in power to make way for the universal community of beings and accelerate the interaction and cooperation of intergalactic intelligence by all possible means.

Civilizations are legitimized and destined by their ability to create the universal community of beings for all individuals living in the Universe now and in the future.
