From 1992 to 1996, Scott Hall was contracted to the World Wrestling Federation, and he became "The Bad Guy" Razor Ramon, A Cuban-American from Miami,FL. He Took Part in the first ever ladder match with Shawn Michaels at WMX, and was a multiple time Intercontinental Champion, as well as:


* PWI Most Improved Wrestler of the Year award in 1992


* PWI Match of the Year award in 1994 - vs. Shawn Michaels in a ladder match at WrestleMania X.
