It has come to my attention that many of my favorite shows on Nickelodeon have plans to have them cancelled. Danny Phantom, The Fairly Odd Parents, Jimmy Neutron, and others one can find information about elsewhere on this site. These are great shows and I see no need to cancel them. When one of my forum friends sent a letter to Nick, they got the response(I'm paraphrasing):

We want to keep Nick's programming fresh and new, so we take out old shows in order to make room for new shows.

Well, this is not OK, and not true. Take Danny Phantom, for example. It has many story arcs that are unresolved at this point. When 'The Ultimate Enemy' aired, many people loved it, and Danny Phantom became more popular. Now, you want to cancel it.

If you want to keep people watching the channel, you should keep the programming that has been playing for years. Instead, you insist on putting new things on the channel, such as The X's and Catscratch. Those are more silly-type shows, as opposed to the action in Danny Phantom and Jimmy Neutron. OK, The Fairly Odd Parents has comedy in it to, but people are familiar with that by now.

Nowadays, television has become less and less new, and people don't go to it as often for entertainment. You should keep the "oldies but goodies" on this channel so people will actually watch your work.
