Add More Power and Muscle to the Dodge Viper

The Dodge Viper has been an image of power and beauty since it became a concept. Also, the Viper has always had higher engine numbers than the Corvette (since the Viper began production). Currently, the Dodge Viper SRT-10 has a 500 horsepower (HP), 500 pounds/feet of torque (lb/ft), and a 505 cubic inch V10 engine to compare with the highest-powered stock Corvette, Z06 Corvette’s 405 HP, 400 lb/ft, 350 cubic inch V8 engine. The Corvette Z06, as told on television programs and shown in magazines, has better handling though, giving it the ability to match or even beat the Dodge Viper in a race which involves curves.

In 2005, General Motors and Chevrolet are releasing the Sixth Generation Corvette, which was unveiled at the North American International Auto Show, into production. This new Corvette is supposed to be able to dominate the Dodge Viper in performance all-around. The 2005 Z06 is rumored to out-power the Viper in horsepower and weigh much less. Also, a “Blue Devil” Corvette is also being rumored to be an exotic ‘Vette with over 700 horsepower and a carbon-fiber body. This Corvette will not only dominate the Viper, but will also compete with and/or beat Porsche, Ferrari, Mercedes, and BMW products.

With all of this being brought to our attention in rumors, we need to find a way to beat the upcoming (rumored) Corvette with the Dodge Viper. This task is 100% possible. By making the Viper more powerful than ever even dreamed of before as stock, DaimlerChrysler and Dodge could possibly gain sales over the Corvette and could gain more bragging rights at the racetrack. The idea is simple. Carrying the idea out is complex and difficult. If possible, create three Vipers: the Dodge Viper SRT-10, the Dodge Viper PVO, and the Dodge Viper GTS-R. The SRT-10 may continue on the same track as it is now but the price shall be lowered. The PVO will cost more but will have an upgraded suspension for better handling and will have more horsepower. This Viper will compete better with the 2005 Corvette and its Z06 Performance Package, crushing it in every way. Next, The GTS-R will be on the same lines as the current Competition Coupe, but will be street legal. It will look like the current GTS-R concept car. It will be able to blow away the rumored “Blue Devil” Corvette along with Ferraris, Porsches, and BMWs with ease. Whether the Dodge Viper Competition Coupe is still produced in a limited number or not is entirely up to you.

Please, build us this product which will help DaimlerChrysler, Dodge, and the Viper overcome General Motors, Chevrolet, and the Corvette. If this vehicle is built, it will help the Dodge Viper not only be the illustrious king of the road in the United States, but it will also be recognized as the rival to big-name European vehicles worldwide, which is a task that very few companies are capable of achieving.
