Power of Attorney to Dr. Dadkhah in relation to the impounding of Sivand Dam
I declare that
1) As I believe that the construction of Sivand Dam in Fars Province of Iran is a threat that would destroy those valuable historical sites of Bolaghi and Pasargad Plains that are now considered as cultural heritage of all humanity, and
2) upon the volunteered decision of Dr. Mohammad Ali Dadkhah, the Iranian attorney, to register a class action suite against the responsible officials of Ministry of Energy and Cultural Heritage Organization of Iran with the local and international judicial authorities, on behalf of people who appoint him as their attorney,
I would like to appoint Dr. Dadkhah as my attorney in this class action, seeking the permanent stoppage of the construction of Sivand Dam.

وکالت به آقای دکتر دادخواه در ارتباط با آبگيری سد سيوند

اينجانب امضاء کننده ی اين متن
از آنجا که اعتقاد دارم ايجاد سد سيوند در استان فارس ايران به آثار تاريخی پر ارزش دشت بلاغی و دشت پاسارگاد، که اکنون ميراث های فرهنگی کل بشريت محسوب می شوند، لطمه وارد می کند، و
از آنجا که آقای دکتر محمدعلی دادخواه، وکيل دادگستری ايران، داوطلبانه پذيرفته اند از جانب موکلان خود عليه مسئولان وزارت نيرو و سازمان ميراث فرهنگی و گردشگری ايران به مقامات قضايی محلی و بين المللی اقامه ی دعوا کنند
بدينوسيله به ايشان وکالت می دهم تا اين شکايت را از سوی اينجانب نيز مطرح کرده و پرونده را تا وصول به تصميم نهايی برای خودداری دايمی از آبگيری سد سيوند تعقيب نمايند
