Petition to Retire the Number 3 in NASCAR Racing.

As you all may know, NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt, Sr. was killed at the Daytona 500 on Feb. 18, 2001. We believe that it is in the best interest of NASCAR to retire the #3 in honor of one of NASCAR and the sports worlds brightest. Thank you.
