Justice for Roy Dalton

We the undersigned believe that Orlando Dejesus should not be granted parole for the cold blooded and senseless murder of Roy Dalton.





Dejesus committed a heinous crime, unprovoked and without remorse. He stuck a five inch blade in the heart of Roy and left him to die on a busy New York Street. This happened to Roy in 1994 while on vacation and Dejesus is already up for parole. He takes no responsibility for the cold blooded murder he has committed and I don’t believe he has been rehabilitated. He says he just wants to get out so he can be with his family and grand kids. What about Roy’s Family


it is also a matter of public safety that he not be released; roughly 60 %(+/-) of felons re-offend. He should not be free to harm anyone else he has had at least one too many already. Roy‘s life was robbed at only 26 years young.





Please do not let this man back on the streets so soon.
