Dopo 3 anni di attivita', Davide Barillari (Delegato italiano al Comitato Aziendale Europeo IBM e membro IWIS) sara' RIMOSSO da tutte le attivita' sindacali internazionali il 30 giugno 2008, senza alcuna spiegazione.

Davide sta dando un valido contributo per rafforzare la rete di rappresentanti sindacali europea ed internazionale in IBM ed e' stato uno degli organizzatori del grande sciopero virtuale IBM su Second Life.
Sta difendendo i diritti dei lavoratori senza interessi personali o vantaggi per se'.

Rimuovere Davide significa rimuovere un membro eletto all'interno del Comitato Ristretto del Comitato Aziendale Europeo, che in questo momento e' molto attivo nella rinegoziazione di un accordo sindacale europeo.
IBM otterra' una grande vittoria poiche' il Comitato Aziendale Europeo sara' indebolito durante la trattativa e questo avra' un pesante impatto su tutti i 100.000 lavoratori europei IBM.

Noi crediamo che Davide, con la sua passione e la sua esperienza, stia portando valore al suo sindacato e alla cooperazione fra i sindacati e le federazioni internazionali.

Abbiamo fiducia in lui.
E chiediamo al suo sindacato, la FIOM/CGIL e al Coordinamento Nazionale RSU IBM Italia di confermare la loro fiducia in lui.

After 3 years of work, Davide Barillari (IBM European Works Council delegate for Italy and IWIS member) will be REMOVED from all the international unionist activities on 30th of June 2008 without explanations.

Davide is giving a valid contribution to enforce the european and international network of employees representatives in IBM and he was one of the organizer of the great IBM Virtual Strike on Second Life.
He is defending employees' rights without personal interests or advantages for himself.

Removing Davide means remove an elected IBM EWC Select Commitee member that in this moment is very active in the renegotiation of the IBM european agreement.
IBM will obtain a great victory cause the IBM European Works Council will be weak during the barganing and this will have bad impact for all the 100.000 IBM european workers.

We believe that Davide, with his passion and his experience, is bringing value to his union and to the cooperation with other unions and federations worldwide.

We trust him.
And we also ask to his union, FIOM/CGIL and to the IBM Italy Workscouncil to confirm their trust in him.
