Stop The Death Penalty

Stop the death penalty that unjustly kills so many. The Rules and conditions are not logical. The Inesent can easyly be executed and already have been. There is even a law that says that if evidence is found that proves someone is inesent after the trial it will flat out be ignored. I say we stop thedeath Penalty as a whole.
