As concerned citizens, we the undersigned believe that the abolition of the death penalty is a principle of fundamental justice. Canada has played a key role in denouncing the use of the death penalty around the world, and your reversal of our position on the execution of Canadians on foreign soil is unacceptable.


THEREFORE

We request that Prime Minister Stephen Harper seek clemency of the death penalty for all Canadians everywhere.
