The MONTGOMERY COUNTY COUNCIL will vote on a GENDER IDENTITY bill on November 13, 2007 which will allow
MEN, WHO WANT TO BE WOMEN, TO USE THE PUBLIC RESTROOMS, SHOWERS & DRESSING ROOMS DESIGNATED FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS

We the Citizens of Montgomery County oppose the proposed Non-discrimination, Gender Identity Bill 23-07 which states "Any place of public accommodation...must not...make any distinction based on gender identity" and defines "gender identity" as "an individual's actual or perceived gender."

Bill 23-07 would legalize indecent exposure in areas of our county.
