Count the Votes and Seat the Delegates!

We, the undersigned voters in the primary election held on January 29, 2008 in the State of Florida,, petition the DNC and Howard Dean, chairman, to count our votes and seat our delegates at the Convention in August.Otherwise our votes, registered in that election, have been denied for the office of President of the United States. No rules of any organization supersede the Constitution , its anmendments and the Bill of Rights. The Committee, in attempting to punish the one's who set the primary earlier than the date proscribed by their rules, has effectively denied 4 million voters the right to participate equally with other states in choosing a president. Punish the faulty parties, not the voters!
