Reunite The DEN Crew

Dear Sir/Madam,

Zig and Zag, Dustin, et al, were the back bone of a generation's after-school activities. Their witty, irreverent takes on popular culture were ahead of their time and captured the imagination of millions. In light of their recent comebacks, reschedulings, DVD releases, etc., we, the children of the 80s, 90s and beyond ask of you to bring back the old Den crew for good, and for the good of the kids, who never knew the simple joys of a Ted fight, or the struggle with Podge and Rodge for Christmas!

It wouldn't have to be The Den. It could be a Monday-night chat program. It could be a current affairs parody! The range these characters present, whether as children's favourites or sociopolitical/cultural pisstakers, would be a horrible waste if not capitalised upon, particularly in a time when RTE is desperate for fresh, entertaining original programming. We, the people, are asking you one simple request!

Bring the gang back together!!!
