We the undersigned are current or former users (or partners of users) of the drug Depo-Provera, and suffer the consequences of its use.

Some of Depo-Provera's risks and potential side effects are explained in its accompanying literature. However, the debilitating risks and side effects are significantly minimized in the literature, both in severity and quantity of incident. The very fact that each user experiences different results (for example, one woman will lack menstrual bleeding while another will experience constant menstrual bleeding) indicates this drug delivers haphazard untoward effects.

We further believe the health care provider community either fails to recognize or blatantly ignores potential risks, contraindications, long range effects, and secondary conditions caused by the use of Depo-Provera.

Our signatures below signify our request for the FDA to reinvestigate the drug Depo-Provera in our demographic (United States, Canada) and to update and inform potential users regarding its safety and risk.
