We believe that the television series "Detroit 1-8-7" is an excellent program that deserves more seasons. ABC Entertainment Group President Paul Lee had this to say about the show at the recent TCA Winter Press Tour: "We haven't made our decisions yet on a second season. It's an extremely high-quality show...a really gritty, brilliantly written show which we're very proud of. Michael Imperioli is brilliant in that."

Those of us who have followed this series from the start know that it just gets better and better, with great storylines and a cast of talented performers who bring so much to their characters with each episode. To cut short "Detroit 1-8-7" would be a travesty. Nielsen ratings only tell so much these days, so please remember that. This awesome show is even comparable to the uniquely amazing ABC hit "Castle" with an ultra-talented cast full of chemistry and likeable, intelligent characters. It deserves success.
