Original XBOX Dino Crisis 3 to be compatible with XBOX360

I was very dissapointed to find out that the new XBOX360 cannot play the original XBOX game "Dino Crisis 3", I don't understand why, there is a lot of other not so popular games that can be played on the modern system, please "microsoft" make it happen.
